Emily & Anna, directors of Starling Arts, sing at a piano with their hands in the air and smiles on their faces

Our Mission

Since 2010, we’ve believed that something special happens when people find their collective voice.
We use the tools of musical theatre and group singing to help people connect, tell their stories, and feel part of something bigger.

For us, creativity is a way to bridge gaps and strengthen the bonds between people. We partner with you to create an experience where everyone feels included and every voice is heard.

Whether we’re supporting communities, young people, performers, or organisations, our approach is always the same: professional, kind, and focused on the joy of what we can achieve together.

How we work with you

A shared experience

>

Group singing is a natural leveller. We use the shared voice to break down barriers, forge friendships, and ensure every person finds a sense of belonging.

Building confidence

>

We use theatrical techniques to help people find their voice, step outside their comfort zone, and support one another.

Expertly led

>

Established in 2010, we bring professional excellence and our mission-led approach to every community we create with, from our wellbeing projects to our official partnership with the
West End production of Wicked.

Storytelling through song

>

We use musical theatre as an accessible gateway to explore stories. By combining song with shared experiences, we empower groups to find their collective voice.

Community driven

>

As a social enterprise (CIC), our work with you directly supports our community projects, like Sing for Better Breathing.

Why it Matters

Starling Arts began as a friendship built around a piano.
Today, as a social enterprise, we bring that friendship and personal touch to every project our team delivers. Whether we are partnering with a global organisation or a local support group, our goal remains the same: to inspire positive change through making connection happen.

Life is better when we connect through song.
